It was quirky hotel with fantastic friendly and excellent co-operating staff especially at the reception desk. Our location was particularly good and amazing to Chinese Tower. There was Haxnbauer very close to the venue. German cuisine was served in the in-house restaurant.

Everything was good, motivated staff, awesome views of the Old City. Its location just a short walk away from a Gothic church was great and amazing.

Amazing location in a pedestrian area just next door to Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt, Hofbrau House & easy access via train to anywhere in the city, Marienplatz Christmas markets, and Frauenkirche. Newly renovated superior queen room with very comfortable beds and good WiFi, for instance.

The venue is modest, it offers tasty breakfast and has incredible location short walk to many great eateries, the Hofbrauhaus, Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt and such as the Hofbrauhaus. Efficient and gentle staff as one would expect. Great to have an in-house restaurant on the premises.

I stayed 3 nights and would come here again when visiting Germany. Rooms with 2 single beds had an elegant atmosphere.

The room was contemporary, with a bright decor and a completely complimentary mini-bar, a seating area, and coffee for my comfort. The staff were polite, their services were excellent!

The staff is efficient here, the services are good, and location is incredible really close to Marienplatz and other major Munich sites such as the Food market and churches and all the attractions and restaurants. The restaurant food is outstanding, and the breakfast offered is delicious and tasty with sausage, juices plus salmon.

The hotel was clean and in an excellent and incredible location. Brand-new room with a very clean bed and a fast internet. Delicious breakfast with a view of the Isartor, top-class and helpful workers.

They serve amazing breakfasts for all tastes with juice, the charming Asian waitress and bacon.

This is a hotel go-to for Munich! The venue is luxurious with elegant atmosphere and efficient staff especially at the reception desk. The location is particularly good and stunning, 1 mile from Heart. It is found in a pedestrian area.

Overall had really really nice stay of 7 nights. The decor was recently renovated, the room was comfortable quiet and newly decorated. The beds were comfortable and the staff was fantastic friendly and cooperative.
